The web site won't Email me a update link. (._.)
It's telling me I have to call in by phone and request a new password to be sent by mail. (._.)
I currently can't use a telephone without having some sort of anxiety attack. (._.)
Why do they think I'm trying to make an appointment for a psychological evaluation? (T_T)

Suggestion Dear...find a trusted friend and have them make call...change password after
classic dilemma! good luck!
I was able to somewhat make the phone call today. I should be getting my new password in the mail by the end of next week. (._.)
I got my password today.
There's no way to directly make an appointment for a psych eval.
I left a message asking what to do.
I don't want a physical. Needles are too scary.
This will take time. (._.)
